Scatterday Week 13
Wow, it's hard to believe we are halfway through the alphabet already! Today's Scatterday is hosted by the letter H.
For Human I decided to go with a body part - here is my wrinkly old HAND.
My Soft Thing is my beloved HOTPACK, stuffed with whole wheat. It's soft in a grainy sort of way. It's been my saviour many a time over the years - I take it to bed and squish it into place around my neck and it's heavenly. And the hotpack cover was a Xmas present from Meshell a couple of years ago. Isn't it great - she embroidered all this cool stuff that's relevant to me on it. The wild eyed woman watering the plants makes me laugh :-)
Finally, for Toy, out came the Lego. Here we have HORSE and HORSEWOMAN. I ended up playing with the Lego far longer than was necessary, good fun!
Next week will be Scatterday Week 14, and we have the lovely letter T along with categories Clothing, Purple and Hot Things. Should be a good one!

Yep - I have all those - A hand, a Hotpack and a Duplo Horse but never thought of any of them!!
I never gave lego a thought. It is one of the few toys I have kept. Great choices.
Funny how some toys last forever - kids (old and young) still love lego. Your hotpack sounds very comforting.

Lego I used to love playing with that with the children and no grandchildren and just love you horse

Ha, I have all of those too! I also have a horse in the collection with my helicopter. Hey I could have had the horse flying the helicopter... ah, opportunities missed.
What a delicious heat pack! I have several sizes but none with a beautiful cover like that. One has a very mended cover, so perhaps I should make it a gorgeous embroidered one to tart it up a bit?

Lego does last forever, my kids are playing with the Legos mum kept from the 1970s - including some very clunky Star Wars pieces!
