Scatterday Week 2

This week was the letter G with categories Vehicles, Household Items and Colour.

My vehicle is my beloved atomic banana yellow Getz. I had great plans to take a photo of a hospital gurney instead, just to be different, but I thought I might be at risk of being arrested - strange woman seen sculking around hospital equipment with camera in hand.....

I went with the colour Green, and this photo is of my kitchen walls. They have been boring off white for over 20 years, and last year we repainted in a gorgeous grey/green. I love it and I even made new curtains!

And my household appliance is one of my favourite kitchen things, my Ikea Grater. It cost 4 bucks and is the bestest most wonderful grater I've owned. The grater part fits over a plastic bowl, which has rubber feet to grip. You grate to your hearts content, generally cheese in this house, using a choice of two sizes of grater tops. Then, after using what you need, you can store the leftovers easily in the fridge by removing the grater top and popping on the fitted plastic lid that comes with it. It's so simple but very effective and easy to use. Easy to clean too.

Drum roll.....
Scattegories Week 3 will be ...
the letter "R" and
the categories "Childhood", "The Arts" and "The Plant World"

That Getz is YELLOW! I bet you don't loose it in the car park! These two Scatterday's have been easy but I think I will be tested next week... nothing is jumping into my head right away! mmmmmm

Now that is a grater I must have. Love your choices, Dy.

Very good Dy - though I would have loved to see the gurney!

Excellent Dy, how handy to have a Get z :) Graters are a wonderful thing. I have one from Ikea but rarely use it.....must give it a run more often.

That is a funky grater, mine pales in comparison. I missed the deadline I'm afraid, and have only a feeble excuse. No funky mosaics this time, but I will do better for R.
